Free Ground Shipping

NextNuc offers free ground shipping on Mini PC orders delivered to residential and business addresses within the contiguous United States. Free shipping does not apply to: • PO Box addresses • Alaska or Hawaii • U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico) • APO/FPO addresses • International destinations Shipping availability and costs for excluded locations may be displayed at checkout when applicable.

UPS Shipping

Most NextNuc Mini PCs are shipped via UPS Ground Delivery, depending on destination. • A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your order. • Please ensure someone is available to accept the shipment. • Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email, allowing you to monitor delivery status and estimated arrival time. • UPS will typically attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to NextNuc.

United States Postal Service (USPS)

Orders shipping to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses will be sent via USPS, as UPS cannot deliver to these destinations. • Tracking information will be provided via email once the order ships. • Typical delivery time for USPS shipments is 7–10 business days, though APO/FPO delivery times may vary based on military postal service handling. • Certain configurations or accessories may not be eligible for USPS shipment. If additional shipping charges or changes are required, NextNuc will contact you prior to processing the order.

Packaging & Handling

NextNuc Mini PCs are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit: • Each pc is verified for model and serial number accuracy prior to shipment • Protective internal packaging is used to safeguard components during transport • Outer cartons are labeled to indicate fragile electronic equipment While shipping cartons may occasionally show minor cosmetic wear during transit, this does not typically affect the product inside.

Delivery Inspection & Acceptance

We recommend inspecting your shipment upon delivery: • If visible damage to the product itself is discovered, please note it with the carrier before signing and refuse delivery if necessary • If damage is identified after delivery, contact NextNuc customer support promptly for assistance with replacement or repair

Undeliverable Addresses

NextNuc does not ship to the following address types: • Mailbox drop locations • Hotels or temporary lodging • Trade shows, conventions, or conference venues
