1. Warranty Period & Service Territory
This Limited Hardware Warranty applies to NextNuc Branded Products. • Coverage lasts for Three (3) Years from the original date of purchase. • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all warranty service. • This warranty is valid only within the United States. • Warranty service is not available for products shipped, used, or located outside of the U.S.
2. Products & Components Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the following: • Internal hardware: CPU, motherboard, RAM, storage (SSD/HDD) • Internal cooling system • Included AC adapter
3. What NextNuc Will Do
If a valid warranty claim is received within the warranty period, NextNuc will, at its sole discretion: 1. Repair the product using new or refurbished parts; or 2. Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal performance; or 3. Refund the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not feasible. Repairs or replacements do not extend or reset the original warranty period.
4. Exclusions — What Is NOT Covered
This warranty does NOT cover: Non-Hardware Issues • Software, operating systems, drivers, or third-party programs • Data loss, data recovery, or file corruption Cosmetic or Normal Wear • Scratches, dents, scuffs, minor casing imperfections • Normal wear to fans Damage Caused by Misuse or External Forces • Drops, impacts • Liquid spills or moisture exposure • Power surges, electrical damage, acts of nature • Damage caused during customer shipping due to improper packaging Accessories Not Originally Included • Third-party cables, peripherals, or aftermarket attachments
Actions That Will Void the Warranty
Warranty coverage becomes immediately void if any of the following conditions apply: • Unauthorized hardware modifications, including component replacements, soldering, BIOS flashing, or overclocking • Liquid damage or moisture corrosion • Operation in improper environments, including excessive heat, dust, humidity, or inadequate ventilation • Removal or alteration of labels, including serial numbers or regulatory labels • Serial number mismatch between the product and the original invoice • Unauthorized repairs or diagnostics performed by a third party • Use of incompatible accessories or power sources

To request warranty support: • Contact Support Phone: 971-371-1911 Ext. 2 • Email: support@nextnuc.com • Provide Required Information Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) • Product serial number and/or order number • Detailed description of the issue • Initial Troubleshooting Our support team will attempt remote diagnosis to determine if warranty service is required. • RMA Approval If repair is needed, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be issued. • Shipping Instructions Customers must pack the unit securely. • For locations within the continental U.S., NextNuc provides: Free shipping to our service center Free return shipping after repair • Customers in Alaska and Hawaii are responsible for all shipping costs. • Products shipped from outside the U.S. will be rejected and returned at the sender's expense
